General Terms and Conditions:

1. Duration of Lessons:
One lesson lasts 55 minutes.
Classes from 8am – 11am or 12noon AND 1pm – 4 or 5pm (on a rotating basis as per school schedule.)

2. Minimum Number of Participants
If there is only 1 student per level determined, he (she) will receive 15 hours of private class in place of 20 hours in a group with one 15 minute break.

3.  Agreement
The program laid out on this website will be the agreed course. The organizers reserve the right to make suitable alterations to achieve better services.

4. Enrollment
A fully filled out on-line application and a deposit of $100US is required. The deposit is deducted from balance payable on the first day.  Please see “Enrollment” page for information on ways of paying. We will confirm your registration once both application and deposit has been received.

5. Terms of Payment
All course fees must be paid according to the pricelist posted on the website in the respective currency. The full payment is due on the first day of classes (minus deposit). All bank charges in connection with payments of deposit are the responsibility of the student.

6. Cancellation Fees
Refund of deposit:  $50 if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the Monday on which class is to begin.
There is no deposit refund if cancelled less than 2 weeks before course start.
There are no tuition refunds issued once the program has begun.

7. Insurance
Is not included. We do not accept responsibility for illness, accident or loss of personal articles. We do recommend getting health insurance in the student’s home country.

8. Accommodations changes: 
Students can change their accommodation option (ie: from homestay to school accommodations)) after the course start, a $50 US processing fee applies.

9. Liability
El Paraiso School reserves the right for all program changes in order to achieve better service to our clients. Any verbal arrangement is valid only if confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to correct printing and calculation errors. In case of a sudden change in currency exchange rates, we reserve the right to adjust any prices that are not in USD.
