As part of your immersion in the language and the culture there is a wide
variety of of activities available for interested students who wish to make use
of their time.
An evening walk along the beautiful city of Pereira and a visit the various
museums and parks:
Museum of Art
Museum of the Gold Culture Quimbaya,
Museum of Natural Sciences:
Zoo Matecaña
National park del Café
Botanical gardens
Once per month you have the opportunity to experience a “typical Colombian
night" to connect with our culture and folklore.
Adventure and tours
 Colombia is a fantastic place to practise everything you wish to do outdoors:
mountains, snow-capped mountains, beaches, forest, deserts and more.
In the area surrounding Pereira you will have the opportunity to visit the
National park with snow-capped mountains, where you can climb in a true
paradise.
You enjoy do canopy or rafting and kayaking the Barragan river on a 8 km trip at
level 3. If you like the cañoning, it is also available.
You can take an approximately 20 minute flight in parapet and for the students
looking for a more relaxing activity; they will be able to relax in one of the
different thermal baths of the zone or in an ecological area.
Note: these tours are not included but can be reserved through
the school at a discount.
